05/06/2008, 8:14 PM Neil Bassett Joined on 05/06/2008 Posts 1 Air Races at Compton Abbas 7/8 June I'm hoping to go to Compton Abbas at the weekend and I'm trying to find out some more information about the air races.  I've looked on the Royal Aero Club website but, as far as I can see, it doesn't say what time the races start or what the programme is for each day.  I've e-mailed them but they haven't replied.  Does anybody have any information please? I'm sure he won't mind me copying it here: If you need any more of a flying fix this weekend we are air racing at Compton Abbas on Saturday and Sunday. There should be at least four RVs racing which should be quite entertaining The practice period is 11:45 to 13:45 Sat and teh Race  is 15:30 to 16:30 sat and on Sunday the Race is 12:00 to 13:00 during these periods the airfield will probably be closed .
